40-49 is a very peak age period where certain health issues are diagnosed especially one that can be terminal like diabetes, hypertension, high blood cholesterol, kidney problems, brain issues,heart conditions, cancer etc.
So what happens between 20-39years of age will determine what your 40-49year would look like and in turn affect you for the rest of your life. If you are careless with how you eat and live between age 20-39years, you are in for trouble. So as a rule, I advise people who are 40years and above to constantly check their vitals including their weight which can be a trigger too
Reduce that alcohol intake, stop that smoking now, because most times when you finally stop at 35years, you may have damage your kidneys, liver and heart and by the time you are 50, your body is already damaged.
Your old age is an offshoot and product of how you lived your youthful years. If you don’t rest well as a young person, you may develop serious sleep issues at old age.
The body doesn’t grow when you are old instead it begins to degenerate. Start now! Eat well now! Control the junk eating now, start eating fruits and vegetables now before sickness sentences you to a restrictive diet and you would not like that life.
Being plus sized already means you have fat clogged around vital organs of your body, that is a dangerous place. That doesn’t mean being slim is healthy too, you may just have a good metabolism which is not a good determinant for health .
Healthy living is not for a particular size or age group, it is for everybody. Eat well now, these days we have seen people below 40 with type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure. Stay hydrated, water doesn’t bite.
Do exercises atleast 3-4 times every week for 30 minutes, get your body to be very fit!!!!
From AC house to AC office, to AC shopping mall to AC every where….. no you don’t need this especially if you don’t regularly exercise
Before you take that soda, drink water. Keep drinking water, eat fruits that have water. Control your cravings, control the quantity of food you eat for the sake of your digestive system.
